Role Description The Language Trainer role at LEARNEDGE is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The trainer will design and deliver language training sessions to corporate learners, focusing on improving communication skills, grammar, vocabulary, and fluency for professional contexts. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The Language Trainer will collaborate with the training team to align course content with client requirements, participate in curriculum development, and maintain training records and reports. The role may also involve conducting workshops on business communication and supporting broader learning and development initiatives.
We are looking for English, German, French, Japanese, Italian, SPanish, Arabic, Korean, Chinese, and Russian.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Language Teaching and Teaching, with experience facilitating group and individual training sessions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Education, including designing structured curricula and learner-centered training materials.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Literature to enrich language learning with appropriate texts and examples.
- Excellent command of English language (spoken and written), with strong grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation skills.
- Prior experience as a language trainer, corporate trainer, or educator, preferably in a professional or corporate setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in language teaching (e.g., TESOL, TEFL) are an advantage.
- Strong presentation, classroom management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
- Ability to use digital tools for training (e.g., presentations, learning platforms) and maintain accurate documentation of sessions and assessments.
