Role Description The Language Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. The teacher will deliver engaging language lessons to learners, using appropriate teaching methods to support diverse learning styles. Daily responsibilities include planning and structuring lessons, preparing teaching materials, assessing learners’ progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves creating a positive classroom environment, integrating relevant literature and cultural content, and collaborating with colleagues to align with educational goals. The Language Teacher will also participate in student counseling when needed, contribute to curriculum development, and maintain accurate records of student performance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Language Teaching and Teaching to support effective classroom instruction.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Education to design structured, learner-centered lessons.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Literature to enrich language learning with relevant texts and cultural perspectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to teach and support learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Relevant degree in Languages, Education, Literature, or a related field; teaching certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as a language teacher or educator, preferably in a school, college, or training institute setting.
- Strong classroom management, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with academic and counseling teams.
- Commitment to student-centered learning, continuous professional development, and maintaining high academic standards.
