Position: Language Specialist - Mandrain
Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring high
customer satisfaction.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues related to our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our advertising products and services.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on recurring customer concerns to support product and service improvements.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Share customer feedback and insights to inform future marketing strategies and service
- enhancements.
Requirement
- 2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
- This role requires certified Mandarin language proficiency (HSK Level 4 or 5) to effectively manage
day-to-day business communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a focus on active listening.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong soft skills to enhance customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools
