Role: Spanish Language Expert
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)
Experience: 0 to 9 Years
We are hiring professionals with mandatory Spanish C2 certification. Candidates from any domain background are welcome, with a focus on strong language proficiency and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support reinsurance placement, billing, and servicing activities in Spanish
- Coordinate with brokers, reinsurers, account executives, and EMEA clients
- Assist in renewals, placement documentation, and contract administration
- Review and maintain slips, endorsements, evidence of cover, debit notes, and closing instructions
- Review contracts to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Handle client and reinsurer queries with timely resolution
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Spanish language proficiency – C2 certification (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
- Experience in any domain (flexible)
