Role Overview
We’re looking for a senior linguist (Japanese/Bahasa Indonesian) to support the end-to-end localization process for short-form video content. This role requires quality oversight, while working closely with our operations team to ensure localized outputs are accurate, native, and market-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- You will source, evaluate, and onboard language talent (translators, QA/QC experts), building a strong and scalable talent pool.
- You will work hand in hand with the operations team to guide the localization workflow from script adaptation to dubbing and subtitling ensuring smooth execution rather than independently owning every step.
- You will help define linguistic and cultural guidelines, and review outputs across stages to ensure dialogue accuracy, emotional fidelity, and cultural relevance.
- You will identify gaps in talent or process and support continuous improvements in quality and efficiency.
