About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced LangChain Developer to help us build and scale cutting-edge AI-powered applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-driven applications using LangChain and large language models (LLMs)
- Build and manage scalable microservices and RESTful APIs for AI-based systems
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for improved model performance
- Integrate LLMs with external data sources such as vector databases and APIs
- Implement end-to-end pipelines for conversational AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agent-based systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, data, and product teams
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve model responses, accuracy, and system performance
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through best practices and testing
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/LLMs and apply them to real-world use cases
Requirements
- Strong focus on building high-quality AI applications with a passion for emerging technologies
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in software development with Python
- Hands-on experience with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks
- Strong experience in microservices architecture and API development
- Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and backend frameworks
- Experience with LLM providers such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar
- Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search
- Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS
- Experience with CI/CD tools and workflows (e.g. Git, Docker, Jenkins)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field
