* Oversees Daily Home Health Operations including but not limited to Staffing, timekeeping, payroll
*Manages Census growth and maintains referral source relationships
*Plans and delivers clinical nurse education, in-services and continued education to ensure competency of all staff
* Ensures compliance with all state and federal agencies including but not limited to CMS, The Joint Commission, LDH, and meets all payer requirements
* Monitors star ratings , PEPPER Scores and Press Ganey and develops improvement strategies
* Prepares and monitors Home Health stats to insure timely billing, and proper reimbursements
* Plans and executes Home Health Budget, Finances and Strategic planning to ensure growth
Education/Experience:
* Current RN License and licensed to practice in the state of Louisiana
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Minimum 5 years in home health setting, 3 years in management preferred
* BLS required
