Responsibilities

Assists with developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Completes the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience in similar HR role
- Local travel to construction projects in Virginia
