About the Role
Lane & Associates Family Dentistry/NCOSO are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll help shape and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand both internally and externally. A key focus will be enhancing employee engagement and company culture, while also supporting efforts to attract and retain patients and clients.

What You’ll Do
You’ll play an active role in supporting and executing a wide range of marketing initiatives, including:
- Creating engaging content across digital and print platforms
- Assisting with social media audits and performance tracking
- Supporting SEO-focused copywriting and content development
- Contributing to email marketing campaigns and communications
- Monitoring online reviews and helping maintain a strong brand reputation
- Supporting internal programs such as Lane Advantage initiatives
- Assisting with partnerships and outreach, including Chambers of Commerce
- Helping coordinate referral materials, promotional items, and campaigns
- Contributing to company events, special projects, and team initiatives
- Supporting and contributing to collaborative initiatives between Marketing and Human Resources
- Assisting with logistics such as shipping, receiving, and material coordination
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A creative mindset with an interest in marketing trends and best practices
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to support a variety of projects
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or digital marketing
- Ability to lift 15-20lbs
