Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and driven Commercial Landscaping Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale landscaping projects from start to finish. This individual MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL, as we cover the Southeast Region of the US. This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing commercial landscape construction and enhancement projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee multiple commercial landscaping projects simultaneously, from initial planning through final completion. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements and goals are met. Prepare, manage, and track project budgets, timelines, and schedules. Monitor job site safety, quality control, and crew performance. Review and interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and technical specifications. Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress aligns with timelines and quality standards. Identify and mitigate potential issues or delays proactively. Communicate project status, changes, and updates to stakeholders regularly. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications: 3 years of experience in landscape construction or project management. Proven track record of managing commercial landscaping projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to read and interpret construction documents, site plans, and specifications. Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and estimating tools. Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. PMP certification or related industry certifications are a plus. Work Environment: Primarily field-based with occasional office work. Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Requires frequent travel to project sites.
