Position: First-Line Supervisor – Landscaping, Lawn Service, and Groundskeeping
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $20–$50/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate landscaping and groundskeeping activities across multiple project sites.
- Plan and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members to support effective remote collaboration.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development support.
- Manage allocation of resources, including equipment and materials, to optimize operations.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with environmental and operational best practices.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to align on project requirements and expectations.
Requirements
- Strong years of experience in landscaping supervision or a related field.
- Strong expertise in landscaping operations, project management, and team leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate teams remotely.
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques, horticulture, and environmental practices.
- Familiarity with digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
