Essenn Architects is looking for a talented and design-driven Landscape Architect with strong exposure to international hospitality projects to join our growing team.
If you have experience designing luxury hotels, resorts, and high-end outdoor environments across global markets, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop landscape concepts, master plans, and detailed design packages for hospitality and mixed-use projects.
- Design innovative, sustainable, and guest-focused outdoor environments.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and international project teams.
- Prepare presentations, mood boards, design narratives, and client-facing materials.
- Handle planting strategies, hardscape detailing, material selection, and site planning.
- Support projects through concept, design development, tender, and execution stages.
- Ensure design quality and compliance with international hospitality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
- 7–12 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory experience in international hospitality/resort projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing luxury hospitality landscape design.
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion / Enscape
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Revit (preferred)
- Strong design presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced studio environment.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to projects in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, or other international markets.
- Experience working with luxury hotel brands and global consultants.
- Strong understanding of hospitality aesthetics and sustainable landscape practices.
