About the role

Lead multiple client projects, primarily in the Middle East and Africa, leveraging various research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative), statistical tools (Conjoint, Regression, Cluster analysis, Financial Modelling), and strategic frameworks. Manage all phases of market research studies, from translating client challenges into research design to developing questionnaires, briefing teams, supervising fieldwork, performing quality checks, analyzing data, and creating actionable insights and reports. Develop market/sector and financial forecast models. Deliver compelling presentations and recommendations on a variety of branding topics, sharing insights through succinct syntheses and compelling stories. Ensure overall deliverable quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. Strategically manage client relationships and projects, including stakeholder management, execution, analysis, vendor management, and team management. Lead and mentor junior members of the Brand Performance team across the region. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand strategists, organizational culture experts, creative designers) to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations. Support the development and growth of the Brand Performance offer across topics, markets, and sectors in the Middle East and Africa. Drive commercial growth for Brand Performance across the Middle East and Africa region.
