🗝 Key Responsibilities:
📙 Management Accounting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights for business decision-making.
🖋 Strategic Planning: Develop financial strategies and long-term financial plans aligned with company objectives.
💵 Cost Management: Oversee cost accounting, improve efficiency, and ensure profitability.
🔍 Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the preparation of budgets and rolling forecasts, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
💹 Performance Metrics: Create, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and growth.
⚖ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and financial regulations, including tax and reporting requirements.
👨🎓 Qualifications:
🥉 Certification: One of CA or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is mandatory.
💼 At least 3 years of experience in a management accounting or related role.
💻 Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools and Microsoft Excel.
🤓 Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, management reporting, and strategic planning processes.
💪 Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with an ownership mindset.
💡 Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
