THE POSITION
The Administrative Assistant provides part-time support to LandCare’s Corporate Office in San Diego, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office environment. This role is responsible for a range of administrative and office coordination tasks, contributing to an organized, efficient and welcoming workplace.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
General Administrative Support
- Manage incoming mail and support general office equipment needs
- Order and maintain office and pre-printed supplies
- Prepare and ship correspondence and packages as needed
- Coordinate and arrange team lunches, including ordering, setup and cleanup as needed
- Maintain a well-stocked kitchen with fresh fruit and healthy snack options for the team
- Provide project support, including small tasks, updating spreadsheets and organizing information
- Provide additional administrative support as required
Office Environment & Upkeep
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional office environment, including shared workspaces and break areas
- Care for office plants, including watering and light maintenance as needed
- Assist with the organization and management of the office storage unit
