Job Purpose:
To Support US property-related trust and deed processing as part of a shared services delivery model
To assist with the filing and drafting of documents related to property ownership, specifically trusts and deeds. This role involves verifying information from county and state records, drafting and recording documents, and data entry for accurate and timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Document Management
- Draft, record, and manage land trust and deed-related documents
- Ensure all documents are properly entered into the system for digital records
- Maintain digital client files in an organized manner
Administrative Support
- Perform data entry of documents
- Maintain organized and accurate records of document filings
Research and Analysis
- Navigate county and state public records to collect business and property ownership information
- Gather and analyze information relevant to land trusts and deeds
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with team members on assigned tasks and projects
- Share information and resources with team members to support departmental goals
- Participate actively in team meetings and activities
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years; BCom / BBA / BA (Legal) / Company Secretariat Inter (idea
- Excellent computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce (or similar CRM), and Google Suite of applications, including 60WPM+ typing speed and 10-key proficiency
- Comfortable navigating the internet and researching information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
