Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field surveys to determine property boundaries and land features.
Operate surveying equipment (GPS, total stations, levels, drones).
Analyze survey data and prepare maps, plats, and reports.
Verify accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.
Research land records, deeds, and historical documents
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and construction teams.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Supervise and train survey technicians when required

Required Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license (if required).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS software.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
