Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Tamil Nadu, India for a Land Surveyor at VM Construction. The Land Surveyor will perform comprehensive surveys, conduct topographic and land assessments, and use specialized surveying tools such as Total Stations to collect and analyze data. Responsibilities include preparing detailed survey reports, assisting in construction layout, evaluating land for building purposes, and coordinating with the project team to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Land Surveying and Topographic Surveys
- Experience using Total Station equipment
- Knowledge in Building Surveying and general Surveying techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and local land assessment standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field
- Previous experience in construction or infrastructure projects is an advantage
