Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Surveyor, located in Trivandrum. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting topographic surveys, using advanced tools like Total Stations to gather accurate data, and performing land and building surveys. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, analyzing survey data, verifying site plans, and collaborating with engineers to support construction projects. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and expertise in modern surveying techniques to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive experience in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying
- Proficiency in using Total Stations and other modern surveying equipment
- Expertise in Building Surveying and related structural assessments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting survey data
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in construction projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or relevant field preferred
- Previous experience in large-scale construction projects is an advantage
