Role Description
Conduct land and construction site surveys using Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/DGPS, and other surveying equipment.
Carry out setting out and marking for foundations, columns, walls, roads, structures, and other construction works.
Establish and maintain benchmarks, reference points, and control points at project sites.
Check and verify levels, coordinates, elevations, alignments, and dimensions.
Take accurate site measurements and prepare survey reports.
Interpret and work from construction drawings, layouts, and survey plans.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and other site teams.
Monitor construction work to ensure it follows the approved drawings and required tolerances.
Prepare as-built measurements and drawings as required.
Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and approved drawings.
Maintain proper records of survey data, measurements, and site documentation.
Ensure surveying equipment is properly maintained and calibrated..
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience as a Construction Surveyor / Site Surveyor.
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying preferred.
Hands-on experience with Total Station and Auto Level.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
Good understanding of levels, coordinates, benchmarks, and setting-out procedures.
Ability to accurately read and interpret civil/construction drawings.
Good measurement, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work at construction project sites.
Good communication and coordination skills.
