Job summary:
We are looking for a skilled Land surveyor with a strong background in civil engineering to handle measurement, site surveying and preparation of accurate drawings. The candidate will also support site execution activities when required.
Responsibilities:
Surveying and measurement:
● Conduct land and site surveys using tool stations.
● Perform accurate measurements of real estate properties and construction sites.
Drafting and documentation:
● Convert survey data into AutoCAD drawing.
● Prepare site layouts, plans and reports.
● Maintain survey records and documentation.
Site engineering support:
● Assist in site execution and supervision when required.
● Coordinate with contractors and project teams.
● Ensure alignment of site work with survey data.
Compliance and accuracy:
● Ensure measurements meet project specification.
● Follow safety and quality standards at the site.
Required skills:
● Hands-on experience with Total station
● Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
● Good understanding of construction and site work
● Ability to read and interpret drawing
● Basic understanding of site execution
● Strong communication and coordination skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
● Education: BE / BE Tech IN Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
● Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in land surveying/ construction projects.
