Land Documentation & Field Operations Executive
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Land Documentation & Field Operations Executive to manage our extensive real estate portfolio. This role requires a unique blend of field-based property management and rigorous legal documentation oversight. You will be responsible for securing our existing land assets, facilitating new acquisitions, and ensuring every record is legally sound and meticulously organized.
Key Responsibilities1. Field Operations & Asset Management- Encroachment Surveys: Conduct regular physical inspections and surveys of existing properties to identify and resolve any unauthorized encroachments.
- Property Securing: Coordinate and oversee the complete installation of fencing and brand hoardings across all owned properties.
- Sales & Acquisitions: * Identify and execute the purchase of strategic plots in neighboring lands.
- Drive and complete the sales of plots within ongoing development projects.
2. Legal Documentation & Compliance- Verification: Independently recheck and verify critical land records, including Patta, Chitta, and Encumbrance Certificates (EC) for both current and proposed projects.
- Translation: Translate all regional land documents into English to ensure they are accessible for international stakeholders and corporate records.
- Filing & Archiving: Oversee the end-to-end documentation process, ensuring all files are accurately recorded in both digital databases and physical archives.
3. Information Management- Digitization: Systematic scanning and digital cataloging of all historical and current land documents.
- Organization: Maintain a highly organized physical filing system for quick retrieval and audit readiness.
Candidate Requirements- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience working in a Land Document Writer’s office, a Law Firm specializing in real estate, or a similar legal/administrative environment.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal) with the ability to translate technical legal terms accurately.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in navigating government land portals (for Patta/EC verification) and basic digital tools for scanning and document management.
- Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of local land laws, revenue department processes, and the physical geography of the region.
- Attributes: High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in both office and field settings.
