We are looking for an experienced professional to manage complete land-related matters for our company in West Bengal.
Role Includes:
• Mutation, registration, conversion, and all land documentation
• Title verification, LR/RS records, dag/khatian tracking
• Land due diligence and legal coordination
• Negotiation for new land purchase and sale
• Handling government office procedures and compliance
• Coordination with lawyers, BLRO, registry office, and local authorities
• Strong understanding of West Bengal land laws and practical execution
Required Profile:
• Proven experience in land matters and property documentation
• Deep knowledge of West Bengal land systems and procedures
• Strong negotiation skills
• Reliable field execution capability
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end land transactions
Location: West Bengal
