Designation : Land Acquisition - Manager / Senior Manager
Location : Chandrapur, Maharashtra
1) Develop and implement land acquisition strategies in line with project timelines and legal requirements.
2) Identify land parcels required for mining and ancillary activities (haul roads, dumps, beneficiation plants, etc.).
3) Engage with landowners, local communities and government officials.
4) Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to facilitate smoother negotiations and minimize resistance.
5) Handle disputes and grievances through mediation and conflict resolution strategies.
6) Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013
7) Coordinate with legal teams to ensure proper documentation and registration of land titles.
8) Obtain clearances from local authorities, revenue departments, and other concern bodies.
9) Lead a multidisciplinary team including legal, liaison, survey, and documentation personnel.
10) Monitor land acquisition progress against project schedules and budget allocations.
11) Oversee the preparation and verification of land records, ownership documents, compensation records, and other statutory documents.
12) Maintain accurate reports on land status, risks, compensation disbursement, and rehabilitation plans
