Hiring: Land Acquisition Manager (2 Roles)
📍 Locations: Bengaluru / Chennai | Mumbai / Pune
🧠 Experience: 5–10 years
We are looking to hire Land Acquisition Managers to drive land sourcing, evaluation, and deal closures for large-scale industrial and logistics developments across South and West India.
This is a high-impact role for professionals with strong on-ground experience, broker networks, and deal execution capabilities.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for identifying and closing strategic land parcels, managing the entire lifecycle from sourcing to acquisition, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and close land acquisition opportunities for industrial/logistics developments
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across key markets (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharashtra, etc.)
- Conduct feasibility studies, zoning checks, pricing analysis, and market benchmarking
- Lead negotiations with landowners, brokers, and aggregators
- Structure deals including outright purchase, lease, JV/JDA models
- Manage legal, technical, and financial due diligence processes
- Liaise with legal advisors, consultants, and survey teams
- Build and maintain a strong broker and aggregator network
- Track market trends, infrastructure developments, and policy changes
- Support internal teams with land cost analysis and project viability
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in land acquisition / real estate development
- Strong track record in acquiring large land parcels (20–25+ acres preferred)
- Deep understanding of land records, zoning, and regulatory processes
- Strong broker/aggregator network in relevant markets
- Experience in industrial, logistics, or large-format developments preferred
Key Skills
- Strong negotiation and deal-making ability
- High ownership and execution-driven mindset
- Good understanding of financials (IRR, ROI, deal structuring)
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
