Role Description
The Land Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading and executing strategic land procurement projects. This full-time, on-site role, based in Chennai, involves conducting market research, evaluating potential land parcels, negotiating acquisition deals, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders. The role also includes planning and assessing the feasibility of land use, ensuring compliance with local regulations, managing financial analysis related to acquisitions, and maintaining accurate records of transactions and negotiations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Land Use Planning and familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of land acquisitions
- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to assess development prospects
- Experience in Acquisitions and negotiation processes
- Understanding of Finance and financial analysis for assessing land investments
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business, or related field
- Prior experience in real estate or land acquisition is highly preferred
