Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Land Acquisition. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Coimbatore. The role involves identifying and evaluating potential land acquisitions, conducting due diligence, analyzing market trends, and developing land for residential and commercial purposes. The individual will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the success of acquisition and development projects.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Acquisitions and Land Acquisition
- Proficiency in conducting Due Diligence and Market Research
- Familiarity with Land Development processes
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration
- Understanding of real estate regulations and local market dynamics is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field
- Previous experience in real estate or land acquisition is advantageous
