<strong><br></strong>A busy, family-owned subdivision is seeking a motivated and professional Sales & Leasing Associate with experience in property management, leasing, sales, and/or real estate. This position is ideal for a dependable, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while supporting a growing company.<br><br>

<strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong><br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Sell new and previously owned homes</li>
<li>Lease available units and process lease renewals</li>
<li>Respond to prospect inquiries via phone and email</li>
<li>Schedule and conduct property showings</li>
<li>Process rent payments and maintain accurate records</li>
<li>Maintain strong customer and tenant relationships</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations</li>
<li>Learn and utilize proprietary software systems</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Candidate must have the following competencies:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Experience in property management, leasing, real estate, or sales preferred</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Advanced computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office, especially Teams.</li>
<li>Effective Negotiation and problem-solving abilities. </li>
<li>Outgoing personality with strong customer services skills</li>
<li>Must be diplomatic, have honed negotiating skills, and able to dissolve roadblocks</li>
<li>Ability to lift and move 25 lbs</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Required:</strong><br>South Carolina Manufactured Housing Salesperson License or ability to obtain within 3 months of employment. <br><br>
