Management Trainee-US IT Recruiter – Fresher

We are looking for energetic and motivated Freshers who are keen to build a career in US IT Recruitment. As a US Recruiter, you will work closely with the hiring managers and technical teams in the US to fulfill client staffing requirements. Key Responsibilities: Understand and analyze US-based job descriptions from clients. Source and screen candidates from job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). Follow up with candidates for documentation, background checks, and joining confirmations. Build long-term relationships with consultants and clients. Requirements: Education: Any Graduate (B. Tech, BBA, BCA, MBA preferred but not mandatory) Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English. Willing to work in the US night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST ) Basic understanding of IT technologies is a plus. Quick learner with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
