IT Officer (Internship)

The IT Officer is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of systems and networks. This role involves troubleshooting issues, implementing technology solutions, and providing technical support to staff. Key Responsibilities System Management: Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to users, resolving issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity. Network Administration: Monitor and manage network performance, ensuring security and reliability of connections. Data Security: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive information and systems from threats. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, documenting solutions for future reference. Software Development: Assist in developing and maintaining internal applications and databases as needed. Training: Provide training and support to staff on new technologies and software applications. Project Management: Participate in IT projects, coordinating with other departments to ensure successful implementation. Job Requirements: Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in IT support or system administration.
