Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic design team. You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user experience across our platform. Your work will directly impact the usability and overall user satisfaction of LambdaTest products. Key Responsibilities: Design Intuitive, Visually Engaging Interfaces: Create user-centric designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also intuitive and easy to navigate. Ensure that every design decision enhances the user experience while aligning with the brand’s identity. Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes and prototypes to lay the foundation for design ideas and user journeys. Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions with clear and organized UI elements. Consistency & Design Systems: Establish and maintain consistent design patterns and standards. Develop and implement comprehensive style guides and design systems that ensure cohesion across all screens and platforms. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Product Managers to align design with business goals and user needs. Partner with Developers to ensure your designs are technically feasible and accurately implemented. You will be the bridge between design and development teams, ensuring that all features are visually polished and function seamlessly. Usability Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability tests on design concepts and prototypes to gather feedback and insights. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, ensuring that the product is user-friendly and meets expectations. Focus on Micro-Interactions & Detail-Oriented Design: Enhance user experiences through thoughtful micro-interactions and animations that provide feedback, delight users, and improve usability. Qualifications: Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a solid portfolio showcasing your design work, including user flows, wireframes, and completed product designs. Skills & Expertise: Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for crafting delightful user experiences. Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems to enhance consistency and usability. Solid knowledge of responsive design principles for optimizing user interfaces across multiple devices and screen sizes. Experience with usability testing and implementing feedback for design improvement. Ability to collaborate closely with Product Managers and Development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
