Semiconductor Equipment Field Service Engineer

As a Semiconductor Equipment Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and field service for our semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer sites. You will be involved in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our products to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime for our customers. Responsibilities: - Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing of semiconductor equipment - Conduct preventive maintenance and repair activities on semiconductor equipment - Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues related to hardware, software, and system performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Provide training and knowledge transfer to customers on the operation and maintenance of our equipment - Maintain accurate documentation and records of all service activities - Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field - 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in a field service or technical support role - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues - Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals - Excellent communication and customer service skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers - Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites, both domestically and internationally - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Valid driver's license and passport
