High school diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years pre-hospital experience as Paramedic or Nurse; current driver's license; BLS and ACLS certification; BLS, ACLS, PALS instructor or ability to obtain; NREMT-P or Minnesota/Wisconsin paramedic/RN licensure; ability to pass pre-employment screening.
