QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school and post-high school training and work experience in at least one (1) of the following areas: electrical, plumbing, or heating/ventilation/air conditioning is required
- Valid Driver's License
- Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed
- Demonstrated aptitude as a self-starter who works with minimal supervision
- Experience with PCs, tablets, and other mobile electronic devices
- Effective interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong orientation for providing customer service
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work positively and productively with adults and high school-age students
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance Worker
SALARY & BENEFITS: $26.09 to $29.12 per hour, based on experience and level of education, per Appendix B Salary Schedule (Maintenance) of the District's Negotiated Agreement. This is a benefits-eligible position, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and participation in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF).
