Job details:
Company Description Align by Ami is an osteopathy-led wellness space in Mumbai grounded in the belief that the body functions as one connected system. The studio integrates osteopathy, strength training, pelvic health, and recovery to help individuals understand their bodies, build strength on solid foundations, and support long-term movement and function. Women’s health is central to the work, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive environment for personalized care through pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and beyond. The team looks beyond symptoms, considering structure, movement, strength, and recovery together to address how the whole body functions. Role Description As a full-time Lagree Fitness Instructor at Align by Ami, you will design and lead high-quality Lagree method classes that align with the studio’s holistic approach to strength, movement, and recovery. You will guide clients through safe, effective workouts on Lagree equipment, offering modifications and progressions based on individual needs and abilities. The role includes educating clients on form, body awareness, and sustainable training principles, with particular sensitivity to women’s health, pre- and postnatal considerations, and injury prevention. You will collaborate with osteopaths and other practitioners to support integrated care plans, track client progress, and maintain accurate session notes. This is an on-site role based in Mumbai, and you will also support studio operations, including class setup, equipment care, and fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment for all clients.
