As a Data Analyst, you will combine strong SQL, advanced Excel expertise, and AI-enabled workflows to deliver accurate insights that improve operations and support data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Write and optimize SQL queries and support data models.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and automated data pipelines for key KPIs.
  • Validate data accuracy and analyze trends and performance gaps.
  • Use advanced Excel daily (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, automation).
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and documentation.
  • Partner with developers and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
  • Deliver clear insights while ensuring HIPAA, privacy, and security compliance.

What You’ll Bring

Required

  • 2+ years in data or business analytics.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Advanced Excel expertise (required).
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency.

Preferred

  • Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Exposure to APIs, ETL, or cloud data platforms (Azure a plus).
  • Healthcare or operational analytics background.
  • Intermediate Python, R, or JavaScript.
