UHT TECHNICIAN -LACTALIS

Key Performance Areas: – Service and troubleshoot TP machines including TBA/8 1000S and 500B, UHT Sterilizers, and ALSAFE Tanks – Work on and service TP Homogenizer M250, Gaulin, APX Homogenizers – Conduct planned maintenance as per PMS schedule and submit timely feedback – Perform equipment repairs promptly to minimize machine downtime – Ensure machines operate efficiently through minor corrections and operator coaching – Provide on-the-job training for operators and apprentices – Maintain safety standards within the plant – Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, including HACCP procedures Minimum Requirements: – NCC or N4 trade qualification (Electrical) – Knowledge of process automation, PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems – Basic maintenance training on TBA/8 filling machines – Additional certifications in Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC, and VFD drives programming (Danfoss VLT and Allen Bradley) are advantageous
