3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing required; 3+ years food manufacturing experience preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred; ability to obtain pasteurizer operator license within 6 months; knowledge of dairy process equipment and FDA/USDA regulations; MS Office, SAP, and continuous improvement systems.
