LabWare LIMS Specialist – Multiple Openings (Developer / Architect / BA / Validation / Support)
Location: India (Remote)
Experience: 5–15+ Years
We are hiring across the following LabWare streams. Candidates will be aligned to the appropriate role based on experience and expertise.
1️⃣ LabWare LIMS Developer (5+ years)
- Hands-on configuration and customization in LabWare LIMS (v6/v7/ELN)
- Basic scripting and workflow configuration
- Instrument integrations and data interfaces
- Experience working in regulated pharma environments
- Support SIT/UAT and go-live activities
2️⃣ LabWare Business Analyst (8–12+ years)
- Strong functional expertise in LabWare modules
- Requirement gathering and stakeholder workshops
- Preparation of functional specifications
- Process mapping and gap analysis
- Experience in GMP / GxP regulated environments
3️⃣ LabWare Solution Architect (12+ years)
- End-to-end architecture design for LabWare LIMS implementations
- Integration design (SAP, MES, instruments, data lakes)
- Data migration and master data strategy
- Validation strategy and compliance alignment
- Multi-site deployment experience preferred
4️⃣ LabWare Validation / Tester (5+ years)
- CSV lifecycle management (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Test case design and execution
- Defect tracking and documentation
- Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP compliance
5️⃣ Hypercare / Support Lead (5–10+ years)
- Post go-live stabilization management
- Issue triage and command-center coordination
- User support and performance monitoring
- Handover to steady-state support
6️⃣ Cutover Manager (10+ years)
- Cutover planning and execution
- Data migration governance
- Go/No-Go readiness tracking
- Cross-functional coordination with QA, IT, and business teams
Common Requirements Across Roles
- Experience in Pharma / Life Sciences domain
- Strong understanding of regulated environments (GxP)
- Experience with LabWare LIMS (v6/v7) and/or ELN
- Exposure to SAP / instrument integration (role dependent)
- Excellent communication skills
