We are seeking a Business Process Analyst, Pricing to support this transformation through a strategic engagement. The focus is on designing and optimizing processes that improve forecasting, streamline operations, and enhance cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities

  • Contribute to budgeting, planning, and analysis activities related to sales operations.
  • Analyze sales-related expenses tied to pipeline, bookings, forecasting, and productivity.
  • Perform variance analysis for expenses and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate pricing structures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Incorporate delivery schedules and operational changes into revenue forecasts.
  • Maintain and enhance automation systems and tools for revenue and margin management.
  • Map user journeys to design efficient, scalable processes that improve customer experiences.
  • Develop detailed business requirements and experience maps based on stakeholder needs.
  • Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT Business Analysts to translate business needs into system requirements.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure alignment and execution of revenue initiatives.
