3D Artist

We are putting together a new team for a project that aims to speed up the development of exciting features for the students and teachers using Labster. We are looking for a 3D Character Artist to help us deliver high fidelity 3D assets for our nursing simulation software.

This is your chance to join an early stage project within a successful startup/ scale-up and shape the project's future. We are using Unity as the main game engine for our product and we are looking to rebuild our asset creation pipeline and asset lifecycle management to enable us to create an amazing experience for our users.

  Design, model, and texture high-quality production-ready 3D character assets for medical simulation environments, ensuring anatomical accuracy and visual clari
• tyRig and creating high-quality animations for 3D characters that accurately represent behaviours in medical scenario
• s.Create realistic and stylized 3D scene objects such as medical equipment, hospital environments and simulation pro
• psCollaborate with subject matter experts to ensure models accurately represent medical scenarios, tools and procedur
• esWork closely with technical artists/animators and engineers to ensure assets are presented correctly in Unit
• y.Optimize assets for performance on VR platforms without sacrificing visual fideli
• tyMaintain a clean and organized asset library, adhering to naming conventions and pipeline standar
