Role Description : Business Development Associate (Full-Time, Remote) We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team. This is a work-from-home role with a fixed monthly salary of ₹40,000 . The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in cold calling within the edtech industry. Key Responsibilities : Generate high-quality leads through various channels including cold calling Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations Maintain effective communication with prospective and existing clients Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and goals Consistently work towards achieving assigned monthly sales targets Qualifications : Minimum 2 years of cold calling experience in the edtech industry is mandatory Strong skills in lead generation and market research Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote work environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Please Note : Only candidates who meet the cold calling experience criteria in the edtech sector should apply This position requires individuals who are target-driven and experienced in outbound calling for educational services Only candidates who can join within 1 week should apply
