What you'll do Create high-quality posts in various subreddits Start discussions, ask the right questions, and drive organic engagement Translate LABORO content (memes, stats, features) into Reddit-native formats Interact with comments, reply thoughtfully, and help build credibility in key communities Track post performance and suggest new experiments or angles What we're looking for Strong understanding of Reddit tone, humor, and community etiquette Natural writing skills: casual, sharp, and real Interest in job search, career content, tech, or automation Independence: you know what a good post looks like, and you're not afraid to try bold stuff Bonus: you've had viral or high-performing posts on Reddit before (link them!)
