Role Description The Laborer role at Falkon Prefab is a full-time, on-site position based in Sampla. The Laborer will assist with the handling, loading, and unloading of PUF panels and other construction materials, as well as basic assembly and installation tasks under the guidance of supervisors. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe work area, following safety procedures, and using hand and power tools as directed. The Laborer will support production and installation teams, help move materials around the site or factory, and perform routine manual tasks to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic familiarity with construction or manufacturing environments and safe use of hand and simple power tools.
- Attention to safety procedures, willingness to wear appropriate protective equipment, and follow supervisor instructions.
- Ability to work as part of a team, communicate clearly with colleagues, and adapt to changing work priorities.
- Reliability in attendance and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks.
- Prior experience in construction, prefabrication, or material handling is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to follow written instructions, labels, and measurements.
