Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Laboratory Technician position located in Vadodara. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests, handling and maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring adherence to quality control standards, and upholding best practices for sample collection, processing, and analysis. Additional responsibilities include ensuring precise results, maintaining laboratory records, and supporting continual improvements in laboratory operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling and maintaining Laboratory Equipment
- Strong Laboratory Skills and experience in laboratory operations
- Understanding of Quality Control procedures in laboratory environments
- Excellent Analytical Skills for accurate data interpretation and problem-solving
- Previous experience as a Laboratory Technician is advantageous
- Knowledge of diagnostic tests and compliance standards in healthcare is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or related field is preferred
