Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Technician located in Bangalore Rural. The Laboratory Assistant will be responsible for assisting with laboratory procedures, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, and conducting routine and specialized tests. Duties also include supporting quality control processes, maintaining accurate data records, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure laboratory efficiency and standards compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field is preferred
• Experience handling Laboratory Equipment and performing Laboratory Skills for accurate testing
• Proficiency in Quality Control processes and understanding of standards and protocols
• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
• Effective Communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with colleagues
• Attention to detail, time management, and a proactive approach to tasks
• Prior work experience in a laboratory setting is an asset
