Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Laboratory Technician. The Laboratory Technician will oversee the operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment, perform diagnostic procedures, and ensure compliance with quality control standards. Daily responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and recording data, conducting laboratory tests, and supporting advanced diagnostic methodologies to ensure animal health outcomes. The technician will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring efficiency in diagnostic workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Laboratory Equipment and performing essential Laboratory Skills
- Expertise in Quality Control practices to maintain accuracy and reliability in testing
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting diagnostic results effectively
- Experience and qualifications relevant to the role of Laboratory Technicians
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a team-based environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Veterinary Science, or a related field
- Previous experience in veterinary diagnostics is a plus
