Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Patna for a Laboratory Technician. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, performing routine and specialized laboratory tests, ensuring compliance with quality control standards, and assisting in laboratory procedures. Additionally, the role includes documenting and analyzing test results and maintaining accurate records to support diagnostic processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining Laboratory Equipment
- Strong Laboratory Skills and experience in handling laboratory procedures
- Knowledge of Quality Control practices and protocols
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for analyzing test results
- Prior experience as a Laboratory Technician is preferred
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- A diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in a laboratory setting
