At HECS, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to accelerate our B2B growth in Environmental, Water, Food, and Pharmaceutical testing sectors.

🔍 Role Overview

You will own the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to closing high-value deals—while positioning HECS as a trusted testing partner. This role demands strategic thinking, strong client engagement, and a passion for driving revenue growth.

đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Develop targeted B2B outreach strategies
  • Identify key decision-makers across industries
  • Build customized value propositions for clients

Sales Execution & Growth

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle
  • Handle proposals, tenders, and negotiations
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Leverage accreditations (NABL, FSSAI, BIS, CDSCO) to win business

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage key accounts and long-term partnerships
  • Maintain CRM and sales pipeline tracking
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Collaboration & Proposals

  • Work with technical teams for accurate proposals
  • Develop sales collateral and presentations
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science (MBA preferred)
  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing
  • Experience in testing, inspection, or certification industry preferred
