Micro Genomics India (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Credence Genomics (Pte) Ltd, is looking for an experienced Laboratory Manager to lead operations at our advanced Molecular Diagnostics facility in Chennai.

🔬 Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations of a Molecular Diagnostics laboratory utilizing NGS workflows
• Train, mentor, and supervise laboratory staff
• Ensure accurate processing and analysis of clinical samples
• Oversee workflows including DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, Real-Time PCR, Gel Electrophoresis, DNA Sequencing & NGS
• Maintain QC/QA documentation and compliance standards
• Monitor inventory and ensure equipment maintenance & calibration
• Ensure strict adherence to lab safety and data confidentiality protocols
• Contribute innovative ideas to support company growth
✅ Experience Required
• Minimum 2+ years in a Molecular Diagnostics laboratory managing operations
• Hands-on experience in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) – Mandatory
• Experience handling infectious clinical samples
• Leadership/team management experience preferred
• Strong expertise in Quality Control practices
🎓 Qualifications
• B.Sc / M.Sc – Molecular Biology
• B.Tech / M.Tech – Biotechnology / Genetic Engineering
• B.Sc / M.Sc – Biotechnology / Genetic Engineering
• Additional certifications in lab management or quality systems are an advantage

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
